Christmas is coming, and we thought we’d let you know about our opening hours over the holidays:

22nd December: Closed at 3pm, but open for gift voucher sales and collection.
23rd December: No lessons, but open for gift voucher sales and collection.
24th December: No lessons, but open for gift voucher sales and collection.
25th December: Closed.
26th December: Closed.
27th December: Normal opening hours.

Note: Gift vouchers can collected from the BDA, and you can also buy them in Bantry town centre on Christmas Eve from 3-5pm, and Kealkill between 18th and 24th December. To buy vouchers at locations outside the BDA, call 086 303 991 (Kealkill) or 085 769 7782 (Bantry town centre)

We’ll be open 7 days a week for the rest of the holidays. We know a lot of college students are anxious to press on with their driving lessons while they’re home, so book early to get the lesson slots that suit you.

Happy Christmas!

Gain Work Experience at the Bantry Driving Academy!

Gain Work Experience at the Bantry Driving Academy!

Planning for What’s Ahead …

Do you need to complete a work placement as part of your studies? And would you like to do that placement here at our innovative driver training facility in West Cork?

We’ve already been able to offer two placements to students since we opened our gates in February 2010. Those students used their time at the Bantry Driving Academy to put their business skills to use in a real working environment, and to work on practical projects they could talk about when they were writing their CVs.

We’re already getting enquiries for this academic year, so — if you’re ready to look for a work placement, and you’d like to apply to work here at the Bantry Driving Academy — just send us a copy of your CV, and a short covering letter explaining why you’d be a great member of the team here!

You can post your application to Mary Keohane (Director), Bantry Driving Academy, Derreenkealig, Bantry, or send your CV and letter by email to info@bantrydrivingacademy.ie.
